Sunkissed Cottage is a completely renovated three bedroom/three bathroom private home with heated pool just a short walk down the lane to the beach. We offer a spacious and updated living area, open kitchen with all high end appliances and dining room with plenty of seating for your entire family or friends. We have sleeping for up to 6 with a king in the master bedroom, queen in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Bathrooms have been updated with new tile, vanities, lighting and more. My house is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love Sunkissed Cottage because of the outdoor spaces, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. It's a wonderful rental for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. We've updated the landscaping, bedding, exterior paint, pool furniture and so much more. Cancellation Policy: The Reservation Fee is a non-refundable fee at any time. D.V.R. will retain all prepaid funds should guest cancel at any point unless the rental property is re-booked for the same dates and rate. A partial refund may be applicable for the same dates booked at an adjusted rate. Optional trip insurance is available in most cases that can help to protect guests from unforeseeable circumstances that may be reason for cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing to be binding. All cancellation refunds will be refunded, less administrative fees, 6-8 weeks after date of cancellation.
