We are always happy to provide a full refund for cancellations which occur within 48 hours of booking. If cancellation occurs more than 90 days from arrival date, then we are happy to refund the deposit less an administrative fee equal to 25% of the deposit amount plus tax. If cancellation occurs within 90 days of your arrival date SVP will retain all prepaid funds unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate less cancellation fees and costs to re-book.
