Madeira Norte is located directly north of the Surf Song. Turn left out of our parking lot and then left at the second driveway into the Madeira Norte parking garage. There is assigned parking at Madeira Norte. (See enclosed parking diagram) Please do not park in any other numbered spot. Visitor parking is located in front of the building (600 series numbers).

With 940 square feet of living space, neutral colors and an open airy layout there is plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms with spacious closets and two full baths provide privacy; there is ample seating in the dining and living areas. The private balcony may be accessed from the living room and master bedroom, offering welcome shade until late afternoon. Sunset views are guaranteed from the balcony 365 days of the year! Completely renovated and upgraded unit with new Italian tile throughout, premium granite countertops, custom cabinetry, plantation shutters and a ‘beachy style’ decor. Free WIFI. This unit has NO telephone. TV's in both bedrooms (guest room has DVD but no cable), living room and master have large 60" flat screen TVs, DVD and cable. The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, and there are ample BBQ facilities provided. The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. Our private heated pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating and umbrellas. Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company. For some shopping and entertainment, you are just a 2-minute walk from John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village voted Pinellas County’s leading tourist attraction. For good reason, The Village offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoy some music at The ‘Bamboo Beach Beer Garden’ and ‘The Hut,’ or eat fresh fish caught daily at ‘Waltz Fish Shak.’ Several popular anchor tenants have also made the Village their home including Bubba Gump’s, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina. Numerous novelty stores offer opportunities to pick up a souvenir and there is a Pirate-themed boardwalk popular with children of all ages. The Village also offers a variety of watersports on your doorstep, such as parasailing, jet-skis, boat rentals, dolphin watching and shelling, chartered fishing, even a Pirate Ship cruise aboard the Royal Conquest! The Sunhost onsite management office is located next door, providing 7 day a week maintenance with after hours emergency on-call personnel. You will find the unit to be meticulously clean, furnished with all kitchen utensils, bed-linens, towels, even extra pillows. Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including fax, copier, and print boarding passes. Tampa International Airport is just 25 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International is 15 miles away.
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival there is an $85.00 service charge. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, no refund is received.
