Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways. Elation, the newest luxury condo addition in the Grand complex, is located next to The Grand Sandestin & the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This complex offers its guests easy access to Sandestin’s spectacular white sandy beaches, four different golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and a marina. Onsite amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and gorgeous garden. Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade and Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak and Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week). Vacation Rental Details: This vacation rental features: 0 Bedroom, 1 bathroom Find everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway in this nicely updated condo with bay view. Fully furnished with a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, dining table for 2 and a kitchenette with basic appliances like coffee maker and toaster. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests Parking: Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking. Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email you a registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate. Once you arrive at the resort, please retrieve a parking pass from security at gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles with no pass displayed will be tagged until owner pays a $100 fine to remove the tire tag (similar to a "boot"). If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way. Other details to note: Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes at the front entrance of the Grand Sandestin. If a tram does not stop at the designated area within 21 minutes, feel free to ask a representative at Grand Sandestin’s Front Desk staff for assistance. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If you rent with us during the holiday season and like to have holiday decor, please carefully read over and diligently abide by the following policies, which apply to Baytowne Wharf Village: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/xSolz3oYfp If you have rented during a high-volume timeframe (for instance, July 4th), it is possible that the garage will fill up fast. There are additional parking spaces in Lots 1 and Lots 2 (all gates are accessed by the same QR code). The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. Baytowne Wharf's Tire Tag system for cars in violation of their parking policies is as follows: Staff will “tag” the vehicle in violation of stated policies with a device and decal (violation information will then be entered into the system portal). The owner of the vehicle must then go to The Tire Tag site (https://www.thetiretag.com/), enter the device serial number located on The Tire Tag, and pay the $100 fine, using debit/credit card information on their online payment platform. Once the payment is processed, the release code is given to remove the tag device. A drop box will be provided to put the device in; follow the signage for location of the drop boxes. This policy, effective immediately, includes all common areas: • Building interiors • Unit balconies and patios (limited common elements) • Exterior porches and porticos at the entrances of the buildings • The entire pool deck • The entire parking garage • Lot 1 and Lot 2 1.
