Located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, the Seacrest condo offers convenient access to local shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends. All wristbands must be thrown away after the stay and not left in the unit French doors open to a patio with views of the resort-style pools. The beach is easily accessible with a short 5-minute walk across the street. Situated on the first floor, our home at Seacrest Beach Resort is positioned at the back of the unit, leading directly to the award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool. The pool area boasts incredible fountains, and a special toddler/kiddie pool. The renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, are a short distance away and can be reached by a free beach trolley service (operated March-October) or by walking or biking. Beach Chair rentals: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. You can visit their website for all details. Make sure you click on the Villas at Sunset Beach. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend using the website to rent chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months. Seacrest Café: One of the newest additions to our community is the Seacrest Beach Café operated by Crust Artisan Bakery. The Café is located on the east side of the lagoon and features a delectable menu that is not your typical pool-side snack shack. They have seafood baskets, the classics such as chicken fingers and burgers, po-boys and sandwiches as well as a satisfying kids menu. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is convenient with our custom keyless locks. Our local team is ready to assist you before, during, and after your stay. Please note the following: No Smoking No Pets No Events No Firearms No Refunds for Internet Outages/ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m - 7 a.m Rental golf carts are not allowed in Seacrest Beach. Parking passes and Wristbands: All guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival. For this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services.To find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominuim building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes. Outside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Do not block driveways when parking there.

The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.
