Cancellation Policy:
50% of the reservation value is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled before 30 days of arrival are refundable in full, while reservations cancelled with 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out:
We do not offer early or late arrival times. Our cleaning team is pre-scheduled to be at the home between the check-out time and check in time. If guests are not checked-out by the designated check-out time, a $75.00 fee will be assessed for each hour of overage.
There is no staff on site to assist with check in. Please refer to emailed instructions to receive your access code. These will arrive 3 hours before the scheduled check in time.

The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Visitors are not allowed if the number exceeds the maximum occupancy of the unit, per State of Ohio fire code.
Smoking and Drug Policy
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all interior areas. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on premises and may result in prosecution.
Noise and Disturbances:
Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or gatherings that may disturb other guests are not allowed without prior approval from management.
Damages and Loss:
The Guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The Guest agrees to report any damages or losses to us immediately.
Liability:
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest or their property during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of nature.
