This luxury condo complex features the largest private beach in the area and a wealth of unparalleled amenities: 16 acres of private beach, beach and water sport activities, a heated pool, Gulf-side hot tub, fitness center, gas and charcoal grills, covered parking, and The Brine at the Beach restaurant and bar. This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Primary bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, large HD TV, and a beautifully appointed private bathroom (sleeps 2) The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to the full second bathroom (sleeps 2) The bunk area is perfect for 2 children, sporting twin-over-twin bunks. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Additional Property Details: The newly renovated condo exudes an elegant Mediterranean theme, boasting wood plank tile floors, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and spacious rooms throughout. Relax in the gracefully furnished family room while soaking in gorgeous sunsets and the glistening emerald-green Gulf. Goodies include a large HD TV with Blu-Ray DVD, Sound Bar with Blue Tooth capability, and free private Wi-Fi. Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, seating for 4 people at the counter, and top-end appliances. Dine in comfort in the dining room or on the deck with open views of the Gulf. The condo also includes a large utility room with a new washer and dryer, a private parking space in the covered garage, and beach rental chairs and an umbrella for your convenience. Parking: Guests staying at Treasure Island will be charged a $35 registration fee and must fill out a guest registration form which will be sent with the welcome packet upon booking. If you want to speed up your check-in process, email us the completed form well before your day of arrival. Those doing so will increase the likelihood that their packet will be created ahead of time; in such cases, you may pick up your packet from the front desk upon arrival. Upon arrival, go to the front desk and assure that you are registered. The HOA office gives registered guests wristbands and 2 vehicle passes. Guests have 1 assigned parking slot. If you have a 2nd vehicle, there is public parking available (no specified number). Guests may park no more than 2 vehicles onsite. To find the HOA office: Pull up to the portico on the east side. The office is straight ahead. Other details to note: We have a highchair as well as a pack and play in the unit for guest use. Guests must bring their own sheet for the pack and play, as we do not provide sheets for the pack and play. From March 1st through October 31st, guests will have access to 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Just go to the vendor, show proof of reservation, tell them you are in unit #1605, and they will take care of you! Concierge Grocery Service: In that spirit of great experiences, we wanted to make you aware of an exclusive service that we provide exclusively to our guests for a fee. Pre-Arrival Condo Grocery Delivery and Stocking Service consisting of guests identifying grocery items via “Walmart Online” they would like to purchase. Prior to the guest’s arrival, the Service Vendor will have picked up the groceries, delivered and stocked in the Condo‘s refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, as appropriate. Please note, this is a single order per specific single condo. Additional How-To and pricing details will be sent in the welcome letter, upon booking. In summary, for a $60 fee, the Concierge Service provider will: A. Deliver and stock the grocery items the day of the guest’s arrival. B. Identify the location of grocery items by attaching notes to the cabinets, pantries, refrigerators etc. C. Provide pictures to the guest via text or email of the items and their location prior to their arrival. D. Provide all purchase receipts to the guests. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. There are vendors along the beach that will have beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent during the season. I recommend going very early to get a good spot on the beach before they sell out.
