Laketown Wharf Closest Beach Access: Beach access for guests is on the righthand side of Pineapple Willy’s, which is directly across the street from the Laketown Wharf building. During peak seasons, the Laketown Wharf Beach Access Gate is locked between the hours of 10PM and 6AM (CST) for crowd control. The code to access the beach will be sent to you in your Safe Travels email.

Parking:
All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. Seascapes 30a orders and pays for the guest’s parking passes on the day of your arrival (maximum of two cars are allowed per condo). We will send the parking reservation number to you on check-in day.
Once you arrive at the resort, utilize the 15-minute parking area so you can head to the front desk (guest registration) and retrieve your two parking passes along with your amenity bands. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
NOTE: If you book the same day, please send an email right away. Parking passes are supposed to be ordered in advance of your stay, so I need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings.
Other details to note:
The concierge desk operates from 10 AM to 8PM daily. For any arrivals outside of these hours, Property Patrol will conduct an after-hours check-in, with guests required to return the following day at 11AM to complete their unit registration.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
